About Dr. Jay Willner, MD, FACOG
Medical Director and Chief Surgeon of Zehra Clinic, Dr. Jay Willner has performed cosmetic procedures since 1990. He is trained in Advanced Liposuction Surgery and has kept abreast of each new step of liposuction technology. An expert in the field of liposuction, Dr. Willner is the only physician in the Tampa Bay area that uses the Smartlipo MPX. Dr. Willner performs every Smartlipo MPX procedure works directly with each patient to ensure they will get the results they are seeking.
A graduate from the University of the State of New York, Dr. Willner received his board certification from American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1990. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Before completing medical school, Dr. Willner served in the United States Army Reserve. He was the Chief Resident then Clinical Instructor at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. Through the years, Dr. Willner has been a member of the faculty at several colleges and medical schools. Dr. Willner has also served on many hospital committees and professional organizations.
